2023 Seoul Plaza Ice Skating Rink
The ice skating rink in front of City Hall, which is a popular winter attraction for both locals and international travelers, will stay open this winter for 52 days. This year, the ice skating rink will feature go-bo lights and sound balls interfaced with the “Seoul Lantern Festival,” filling the rink with a magnificent array of colors and light.
