New Year's Eve Bell Tolling Regular citizens and worldwide influencers will ring the bell 33 times to welcome the New Year.

Midnight Sun “First new sun of the new year.” Once the bell tolling ends, a “midnight sun,” 12m in diameter, will rise over the intersection that cuts across Sejong-daero.

New Year’s Eve Parade : A traditional dancing troupe will lead a dancing parade with an intriguing flag-waving performance at each sector between the Sejong-daero intersection and Jongno 1-ga intersection on new year’s eve.

New Year's Concert K-pop artists, dance teams, etc. will perform to celebrate the new year and create a festive atmosphere before and after the new year's event.
